The BPO is a fully fledged centre located at the Melisizwe Makers Hub which offers the following services:
Technical training for unemployed youth so they can acquire workplace experience in conjunction with the Youth Employment Service Program (YES)
Outsourced service desk that deals with the general enquirers on behalf of companies who don’t have internal contact centres.
Outsourced testing as a service (TAAS) which gives companies the ability to use us as a quality management service for their software, hardware and general systems testing.
Human capital consultation and training to fill the skills gap identified in companies.
